At D&S Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned appliances must be in original condition and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Thoroughly clean the unit and secure all loose parts, then pack it securely in its original box with all included documentation and hardware.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
